Privacy

Short version: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. What you choose to email us is used to run your price check.

This website

The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from other websites. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to run and secure the site. The price-check form never sends anything by itself: it assembles your request in your browser so you can copy it or open it in your own email app. Nothing you type is stored or transmitted unless you send that email.

What you email us

When you send a request to sourcing@sourcelinkny.com, we use the details (your product, price, volume and contact information) to run your price check and to reply to you. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.

Suppliers never see who you are

When we contact manufacturers on your behalf, we describe the product and volume. We do not share your name, your company's name, or what you currently pay, unless you ask us to.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your request and the comparison we prepare for you for as long as we are working together, so we can answer follow-up questions. Email us and we will delete them.
