Software assists.A person is accountable.
SourceLink is founder-operated and based in New York. Models help with bounded research, document interpretation, drafting, and contradiction review. Deterministic software controls permissions, evidence state, exact-target scope, counts, and normalization rules. One operator reviews the material claims and owns the consequence of the handoff.
One operator, named work, direct reply.
Sourcing decisions get defended internally, so it matters who stands behind them. SourceLink is deliberately small: the person who reviews your record is the person who answers your email.
A single reviewer
Every material claim in a record is reviewed by one accountable operator before handoff. No anonymous research pool, no outsourced sign-off.
New York, United States
Founder-operated. Correspondence, scoping, and review all run through the same desk.

Write to the operator, not a routing address. Every scope review starts as a written reply from that inbox.
SourceLink is early and says so. There is no published customer roster or case study yet — the examples on this site are synthetic, and the method is what is on offer.
Three rules that shape every record.
Evidence over assertion
A claim without a source and a scope is not a finding. Statements stay attributed to whoever made them until stronger support exists.
Separation over convenience
Organization, factory, and exact product stay distinct. Quote basis stays visible. Approval and sending stay separate steps.
Unresolved over rounded up
When a controlling input is absent, the record says so. An incomplete decision presented as a complete one is the expensive failure.
What SourceLink does not claim.
Naming the boundary is part of the work. It is what makes the claims inside the boundary worth reading.
- 01No legal, customs, tariff, tax, financial, logistics, or compliance authority
- 02No guaranteed savings, pricing, turnaround, or outcome
- 03No customer roster, certification, or performance record is implied
- 04No supplier contact or paid external work without separate approval
The rules the record enforces.
- 01
Search observations never become organization facts by convenience
- 02
Supplier statements stay attributed until stronger support exists
- 03
Exact-target evidence never silently widens
- 04
Historical evidence remains append-only
- 05
Approval and sending remain separate
- 06
Private client and supplier data stay out of public artifacts
- 07
Models never supply tariff or financial truth
- 08
Incomplete decisions remain unresolved
Four states, never collapsed.
- 01 / Software
Prepared
Research, evidence structure, or a supplier-specific draft can be assembled.
- 02 / Human
Reviewed
Material claims, recipients, wording, and open risks are inspected.
- 03 / Human
Approved
A specific consequential action receives explicit authorization.
- 04 / External
Sent or acted
Execution remains a separate controlled step with its own record.
Contacting SourceLink starts a written scope review. It does not authorize supplier contact, spending, or a commercial decision.
